Tim Luke, ISA and Greg Strahm, ISA are the co-owners and senior appraisers for the firm. They possess the knowledge, expertise and experience to handle all necessary elements regarding personal property appraisals.

Both are accredited members of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA) and ensure all reports, consulting, and information adheres to the standards established by the organization. Additionally, all reports are written to the standards established by the ISA and Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).

The firm has worked closely with bankers, trust officers, attorneys, accountants, personal representatives, executors, collectors, individuals and prides itself on the level of service we provide our clients.
